การตรวจเพื่อการคัดกรอง
- ไม่ต้องใช้การตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์
การตรวจเพื่อการวินิจฉัย
- ECG
- TSH
- พิจารณาส่งตรวจ echocardiography
การตรวจเพื่อติดตามการรักษา
- ส่งตรวจ ECG เพื่อติดตามผลการรักษา
- ในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับยา warfarin ควรตรวจระดับ PT-INR เป็นระยะตามความเหมาะสม โดยมี target INR ตามแนวทางเวชปฏิบัติ
- ในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยา DOACs ส่งตรวจ Hb, serum creatinine, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, AST, ALT และ albumin ระยะเวลาตามความเหมาะสม
